Good day of teaching! It's amazing how much I have improved my practice this year. In the summer, I spent a week becoming trained in a mathematics approach that maximizes student discourse and emphasizes what teachers can do to support deep understanding. We had a refresher in January and it's given me new fuel for my teaching fire!
