Toss

Thinking it was Shrove Tuesday today (which on reflection I think might actually be next week..?) I promised to make Ferguson pancakes.
A little embarrassing in my complete lack of knowledge, I sought advice from the person whom I know makes good ones...thankfully & with much welcome, the ingredients & method were delivered from the other side of the world.
Despite Ferguson graciously accepting & eating just one, I know they were a bit shit!
