Tingles

More Physio on my back today; they did some massage and exercises and also used this machine which is a bit like a TENS machine only more intense. I've had 3 sessions now and I'm not feeling any improvement but maybe I'm just being impatient!

Also continued with the potty training with Amber which went pretty well up until bath time!
