Disco class

A full day at ballet for Katie today. We'd done some homework together in the morning before we left - her school book made her cry as the story looked a bit worrying for a few pages! When the girls were ready we headed to dance. Katie had fun watching their ballet class this morning as I had a couple of jobs to do before going for the studio photography stuff. I was back to have lunch with them and watch the disco/modern class. The teacher invited Katie to join in. She was a bit unsure at first, but soon ditched her inhibitions and had an amazing time. And she picked up the routine well too! Her and Miss B were doing lifts after class - Katie is working on her splits and is so nearly there. Including in the air. She then played with her little friend while the girls did repertoire/I fitted tutus and photographed the girls. 

Katie had a swimming lesson after all that, and fitted in a powernap beforehand. We then went to the bowling alley to pick the girls up and came home. Katie played hide and seek with them for a while, then kitchens with one of them. It took quite a long time to settle her to bed tonight!! It's occurred to her the girls are going home soon. She's not that impressed!
