Today has been a good one....

We spent the morning researching butterflies on the Internet, watching documentaries on butterflies, drawing the life cycle of butterflies and then doing some reading on bug club (which, so far, seems rather annoying - give us a book any day!)

After lunch we ventured up to the park where we played for an hour in the sunshine. Amelie slid down the fireman's pole for the first time! She was nervous but it didn't take much to persuade her to try it, which is unusual for Amelie!

Back at home they played semi-nicely together while I hoovered and did some jobs then they watched Frozen while I made dinner.

I also managed to get the bouncy castle booked for Amelie's party and started writing the invites, glad thats another thing sorted!
