A bit of a curate's egg at work today but that's a definite improvement. Didn't get out at lunch and was uninspired on the walk home so it's just an emergency blip tonight.

Have been reading my new breadmaking book 'Dough' and getting inspired for my next attempt at loafing. And S has just poured me a weizen so that's more added inspiration!
