Canary crisis

London looking lovely in the sunset - oh no it doesn't. This is actually a queue for the canary wharf ferry at 7.15 at night!! I have never seen this before and I asked one of the security guards (we have our own special security force at canary wharf) for an explanation - "the jubilee line is closed" he explained, "this is a crisis!"
And a very pretty crisis it is, too.
