Eat Y'self Fitter

Mme SwRo out again tonight, but she very kindly cooked me a lentil and sweet potato curry. Here it is and very tasty it was too.
Feeling a little tired, so didn't run today. Which is always a mistake because I worked straight through. So feeling more tired now. 
Still no sun in Geneva, need to get up to the mountains.
