Three of us have a fortnightly katch up with koffee  kaffe kake  kage & knitting (and two of us are called Karen - lots of "K" and thank you Emmy for the Danish K words))

Needed it because I can't work out if I am in pain because I am tired or if I am tired because I am in pain
