Obviously this new thing that has appeared in the pond is to be viewed with deep suspicion. 
She barked and growled at it from a distance for a long while before here bravely, but warily, moving in for a closer look.

A grey damp day, but action packed. A visit to the surgery first to get routine blood tests done, then a drive out to pick up unsold prints from the shops that had them, and to the Celtic Ross where my picture in the camera club's ongoing exhibition had sold ! Delighted. 
Then a slap-up lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday with a gaggle of raucous women in a pleasant hotel restaurant.
