Mount Hamilton

Shot at near dusk on El Camino Real in Santa Clara California.

As the sun was setting, you could see the contrast between the street scene and the mountain view.  Even at this distance, you can make out the Lick Observatory telescope observation buildings.  UCSC manages this property and it is World renown for images of deep space from the 120 inch telescope (the larger of all the white structures on top).
