Meanwhile my mojo was harnessed into getting my latest gadget to record10,000 steps before lunch. Sadly I fell short by 800 steps and will feel obliged to remedy the shortfall this afternoon. I can never resist a challenge, but I hope this is not going to develop into an addiction.
