San Pa Khoi Market

Today was mainly a travelling day back to Chiang Mai from Shambhala, but I found the time to head to San Pa Khoi Market, a well-kept secret it seems, located a little outside the old town.

A little exploration beyond the numerous stalls selling various exotic  dishes and fresh fruit and veg and you stumble upon a few shops selling vintage clothes for seriously minimal cost. I got myself an 80s shell suit jacket (necessary for breezy scooter journeys, of course) for 80 english pence, and a lovely hippy sundress for only £1.20. There are jackets and jeans and shirts galore, all priced between 20p and £1.50. What a treasure trove!
