After lazing around most of the morning we tried to visit Sucre's indigenous art museum only to find it was shut. We ended up at one of the highest viewpoints in town instead which was pretty cool to see. After getting accosted by about 10 Bolivian guys with hundreds of water balloons on the way home we successfully smuggled some rum into the hostel for drinks that night.
