Roamin' In The Gloamin

Thank you so much to everyone for all the lovely comments, stars and hearts on my blipday yesterday. I haven't had a chance to answer everyone but it meant so much to me so thank you all x

Today we went out and about for a sightseeing tour of the local beauty spots, Roman roads and Hadrian's wall, then to Lanercost Priory. We had lunch in the café there then headed back to pack up and left David's parents mid afternoon.

The journey back was fine but the house was FREEZING when we got in.
We've lit the fire and opened a bottle of wine. Now to catch up with 'Enders.
