Preparation

Lambing time preparation, for Mr L that means getting sheds, fields etc ready and for me it means the big cook off.
I'm off this week for mid term but my children had last week off so back to school today. I am spending a big chunk of the week getting the freezer filled and ready with lunches and teas for Mr L and the lamber next month. That means all I have to prepare at the time is soup and home baking to keep them going.
Sausage hotpots, lasagnes and turkey & chorizo chilli made today in very large quantities, more on menu tomorrow! Very quick blip while chopping up a chilli.
