Looks a bit fishy to me

Although it was Pancake Day today and that is what we usually eat on this day, as the mobile fish van comes to our village on Tuesdays we chose to have fish instead.  Mr C is not a fan of fish with lots of small bones, so I got him a nice piece of cod loin and I indulged myself with a lovely Mackerel. Not from Cardigan Bay, as ours will not be ready until June, but one from Cornwall.  Yum, yum, I do love Mackerel.
