Ill

I am never ill or off work thank goodness. I started the day perfectly normal but had to head home by 11.30 and straight to the doctors who squeezed me in. Diagnosed with acute gastritis I headed home to bed n stayed there for quite a whole.
Tablet taken in the evening and then calm seemed to be restored.
I made a cottage pie in the slow cooker and everything but the sensation of sickness has made me go nil by mouth.
