Looking through a peep hole!

A beautiful sunny day but still quite cold, so lovely to see the sun though.  Slept in this morning, made a few phone calls and then went to a friend for coffee.  Had a walk along the seafront before going to the hospital, sat on the steps of a beach hut for a while it was so pleasant.  Have put a blip on like this before but I like the way it comes out, its taken through a hole in the breakwater/groyne and shows the beach line looking towards Southend.  Mum was out of bed today and not feeling dizzy which is good, they are putting a heart monitor on her later for 24 hours.  Came home and went to see another friend who has just come back from holiday.
