Bullfinch

It's been a lovely bright day  - perfect for walking, as long as you didn't forget to wrap up well.  The car park at the nature reserve was full this morning and I just assumed it was the nicer weather, but as I got into the reserve itself it was apparent from the number of children there that it must be half term.

It was encouraging to see so many children out enjoying  the wildlife, and even one with a camera  -  who knows she may be a future blipper.
