sunshine ......

on Elterwater.

I couldn't have been luckier. Having walked along the riverside to the lake I'd decided there was no chance of a landscape photo. Just as I was going to turn back I noticed some light on the trees which are now dark in the middle of the photo. Out came the DSLR and by that time the foreground trees and reeds were lit. A few shots later everything was dull again. 

The food/fitness thing is going better today ...... I got up with a positive attitude. I can manage the fitness better than the food but I know it's all about buying the right things when shopping and controlling portion sizes.
