Scrambling to the summit

We climbed Ras Dejen (also called Ras Dashen), to a summit at 4543m. The final stage consisted of a short scramble, a challenge at that altitude. Some records show the highest point as 4550m, and perhaps the summit to the south was slightly higher. But no matter - we were rewarded with stunning views on Ethiopia's "roof top of Africa".
