White-winged Lapwing

This is the Red-wattled Lapwing's rather drab looking Cousin! Very easy to miss this very brown bird unless in flight or with good light on his very yellow legs! Poor chap he seems to prefer solitude against his Cousins preference to being in a flock & doesn't even make the outrageous calls of 'Did he do it' 'did he do it' like the Red-wattled Lapwing. Still I like him and was very pleased to see him out in the Wadi & looking the picture of good health.
