Wrong choice

I selflessly decided to forgo an evening tango class to stay in and watch a film with my husband. However, this has been up on our screen for 1 hour now, with no solution in view, other than hanging on to an automated phone helpline for another hour ..... Sometimes I love technology, sometimes less so.
