we had a weirdly boring and normal day off, which we struggled to enjoy...mainly because daisy was really in a foul mood and flew from one melt down to the next with brief glimpses of happiness in between. we went to aberdeen beach which was freezing but nice, and managed to enjoy it in the end. a trip to b&q didn't help...just one of those days where you need to get loads done, but it just doesn't happen. thank goodness peggy is still happy to be around us, I'm hoping one of them is coming out of the stroppy teen stage before she reaches it, I don't know if we can take three at once.

I think we're getting a new macbook through our insurance though, so that's exciting. kids definitely not getting their hands on this one...
