Sitting up

So a couple days ago, on Thursday, Sebastien had that day when he wouldn't let go of me for more than a minute at a time..

Friday, he was still a bit clingy.

Saturday, he was back to his smiling, independent self...and suddenly, that evening, after a short nap, he changed completely!

Started pulling his books from the side of the playpen and flipping through them. Started holding his toys differently. Started chatting even more loudly and more insistently. Something made me think he would be able to sit up now, too. So I tried it....he sat up unassisted for half an hour. Happy as a clam, sitting and playing with his toys and books.

Glad to see all that fussiness was indeed him working toward new milestones. Here he is, sitting with Freddie, smiling and chatting away.
