a proper walk

After yesterday's stroll, today was a definite walk. Up into the fells to Easedale Water (above Grasmere) in warm sum. About 5 miles of beautiful scenery, thundering waterfalls, snow - all enhanced by the chitter chatter of the kids. 

Sometimes living where we do, the relative long distance from a big city and all that it offers feels frustrating, then we have days like today and the chance to get up high like this and you know that for now this is the right place for our family to be.
