The Beach

Coldest day of the winter so far--3 degrees below zero with a wind chill of 15 below--so I hopped out of the car, took this, & ran on back to the warmth! No strolling around today--the Lake is covered in big blocks of ice again & it's usual biting wind is in full force! 
I had to laugh (& roll my eyes) because just to the left of where I took this they put up a sign that says: "no lifeguard on duty". Was that really necessary??  I mean, how many people do you know who'd want to be out there swimming??    :))
