A Trifle for This Evening

This evening we are off to a dinner party.  Our part of the meal is the dessert and a suitable accompanying drink.  Since this is a sherry trifle there really isn’t any need for another drink but we’ll offer Marula. 
Dinner is at Roy's in Liden, about 70 minutes away and we'll be sleeping over, as will most (all?) of the other guests.
