Time To Stop And Stare

Felt quite weary this morning so I went out for a walk on the heath to try and wake myself up. It was very pleasant out - the birds singing and the sun poking its rays through from time to time. I explored an area I have not been to before and found a really nice back route I can take to the heath which avoids having to go alongside the road. It was good to have some time to stop and take in the view and listen to the birds. I returned to have lunch with my legs stretched out in the sunshine and to then make some soup for my lunches this week.
