Technics all the way

Today the beast arrived! It's vintage Technics SL-1000mkII broadcast turntable used at YLE (finnish equivalent for BBC) until they updated the systems digital years back. The unit is in very good nick with its original SH-10 series power, control unit and integrated phonostage.

The only downside is that its original EPA-100 tonearm has been changed to SME series IIIs tonearm. I guess have to start looking either some techie variant or better SME model at some point as the deck imho deserves a better arm.

However nice find and got this relatively cheap. Even Mrs.Mrok was not upset of the purchase, so.. :)
