Not exactly Valentines...

Today was the day when my body finally said 'slow down and don't be a bonehead' by sofa ridden itself. Legs are like lead, head is like lead, back is lead, nose is like a river. Too many nights not sleeping well and too many miles covered so it slowed right down. First Saturday I haven't run in a year and it's for the best all told.

Lemsips actually get quite nice after a while but the dross on TV... oh my
