Carnethy 5

Good conditions for running today, but not for taking photos. Was very satisfied with 72:19 for the annual Carnethy 5 hill race: less than 3 minutes slower than when I first ran it 15 years ago, aged 35. Today was the 45th race, and one man has run all of them, which is pretty impressive when you think about it!

However good the beer is, it will go down well tonight.
