Secret Heart

We took my rubbish knee out for an exploratory walk (with sticks!) around St Ives this afternoon. I'm glad to say the pain has eased but the knee is very tight and doesn't like rough ground. However, enough of the whinging, it is Valentine's Day and so fitting that Tony should spot this heart hidden away in woodland at the top of the park estate - it was the brightness of the red that did it, so a Happy Valentine's Day to you all!
