Blue Tit in disguise

The sun came out before we got out of bed, then disappeared.  Grey and chilly in spite of the supposed 9 degrees.  Never mind, there's the rugby to watch.  I've also been checking out holidays in Cornwall for next month.  Slow progress.

I've been experimenting with coloured water but that's for another day as I spotted this chap hanging around the peanut feeder.  It usually dashes in and straight out again so I was delighted it decided to stay because it's a one off.  Instead of the usual yellow chest, this one has a broad band of grey across the front.  It's a pity it isn't as sharp as it should be but it was taken through the kitchen window.
