Fly away home

Our day started at 4am, by 4:40am we were in a taxi ( by the sounds of it with no brake pads left) on our way to the airport. A few days ago, some friends we met on our holiday told us that Innsbruck airport is a Category C airport- the take off and landing are spectacular on a clear day because the mountains tower over you on either side- apparently that makes it very tricky for pilots and only a few specially trained people can land/ take off from there. Ours did a great job, and he/she flew us over the Austrian alps just as the sun was rising. 

Now back home in foggy Edinburgh, a bit bleary eyed and happily blipping a selection of photos from our holiday.
