Blueberry Pancake Love

Vegan blueberry pancakes for my Valentine. I was certainly hot stuff after the frying.

They went down a treat with a few blueberries on the side. Mr H had extra maple syrup and raspberry ripple vegan ice cream. Not the usual breakfast, we are now as stuffed as the sofa we sit upon.
