Ice Carving

Pat, our Food Services Director, has a sideline skill. It is Ice Carving. Today he gave a demonstration on the patio. The carving will be the centerpiece for tomorrow's Valentine's Day Dinner.

Now we know that a 300 pound block of ice can become a 200 pound Valentine.
