A day of mixed feelings

Sadness because the last official trace of my mother will have disappeared next week when her bank account will stop to exist.

Fear for the upcoming operation on my foot and especially the anaesthetic even though people who have had one before keep telling me there is no need for it.

Worry because of the evaluation meeting at work tomorrow.

Happiness for having Rosie by my side. If only she knew how much she helps me get through each day.
