today's update

We spent the afternoon bringing in firewood, cleaning out the wood stove, filling the feeders and otherwise bracing for the next storm. I had to shovel a path to the bird feeder and T. had to wear knee-high gators and snowshoes to get to the other one! The kindling is stored in our "garage" and the path is a real challenge, now. By the time we were finished with all the chores, I was wishing I could photoshop away some of this snow.
