For my valentine

After three nights out in a row and with a 14 hour shift tomorrow, tonight was designated as time with my husband, so with  both children in bed by 7.30 (sort of, C was found under the bed at 8.15, wide a wake, doing goodness knows what). we had a dinner in peace; smoked mackerel pate, roast sea bass and rhubarb crumble soufflé to finish.
