A couple of positives to grab hold of

Stella's vet visit today was thankfully less traumatic than I was expecting.

Yes the tumour's grown a little and that plan remains the same, but, her general health seemed so much better today than a month ago. The vet freely admitted she was very concerned at how frail Stella suddenly seemed but now she'd seen her today she felt able to share with me that the other case she had treated with sort of cancer remained relatively happy and comfortable for 2 years. She didn't want to give me any false hope before.

You have no idea, well some of you have, how relieved I was to hear that. I know I keep saying how bright she still is but a part of me had a niggling doubt that I was seeing that because I wanted to see that. Mentally I was prepared to be making a 6 month plan today.

Of course things change and I'd be an idiot to not be realistic, Stella is very poorly but the combination of medicine and good diet seems to be helping the fight. I'm sure everyone's love and fondness for her has something to do with it too. I know it's helped me no end xox

In actual photo news, I blogged about the mosaic site I mentioned and the company have been kind enough to offer 50 people a high res digital download of a mosaic they make free of charge. This would normally cost $39.95. I didn't negotiate a discount on prints as they are in the US and shipping would be astronomical I imagine, but, the digital download can be used at photo printers over here. To quote my contact:
"It can handle 2200+ dpi printing quality"
I have no idea what that actually means but I know some of you will!
