Clegg Hall - 2015

Clegg Hall is a 17th Century hall in Littleborough (Nr. Rochdale).  It is in fact located at Smithy Bridge.
In the early 1900s it had a devastating fire and was left derelict until 1986 when it was bought by Pennine Heritage with the intention of restoring it.
It was still derelict in 2002, but in 2005 restoration work began - and this is the result.
