Not my job: Mr PB has been making the curry in our house for the past 10 years, and during that time he was given the present of a course in London and the wonderful tin of spices that is the present an Indian bride receives when she embarks on married life. The vast pile of onion is enough for 6 meals, in case you're worried; the garlic is out of the picture as are the tomatoes; the vodka has nothing to do with it at all but just happens to be sitting on the worktop.
