Sundown

We spent a glorious hour this afternoon in the warm sunshine practising the exercises we learned in our langlauf lesson on Wednesday. We found a quiet, flat stretch out of harm's way and practised up and down without poles for most of the time. The sun obliged by being at a perfect angle to show us our shadows (no need for video analysis!) and Piper, the dog, came along too to give us her feedback!
This was taken on the way back as the sun was going down and the temperature was falling rapidly.
