Border town

Today was mostly spent on a bus north to Chiang Khong, near the Laos border ready to get the slow boat to Luang Prabang tomorrow. On the way we stopped off at Wat Rong Khun (known as the 'white temple').

I met a nice group of people and we all had dinner together at the accommodation included in the slow boat trip.
