Friday again!

Ready to serve at "Lighthouse" our weekly church coffee shop. Cheese scones, fruit loaf, apple & chocolate chip slice, Cranberry shortbread and chocolate salt caramel cake - the meringues weren't creamed at this point but proved popular as always!
Off to a big country dance tonight to work it all off! (I actually only had a wee bit of cake!)
