Even the Maharana requires a garbage van

Walked around the palace complex today - very hot with all the reflections from water and walls.  I'm told that the Udaipur 'kings' are ranas rather than rajahs because they went out to fight with their men while rajahs stayed at home!  Therefore the Udaipur Maharana takes precedence over all the others.  Spent some time with the gypsy musician again - have quite a good little video but here he is
