Who pulls the strings?

The Giants awake in Perth this weekend.  We visited the city early today to see the Little Girl wake up, have a shower, get dressed and set off on her search for The Diver who still sleeps on the other side of the city (see some more pics on Flickr )
It was quite an amazing spectacle.  The logistics are mind blowing.  Street closures, light poles removed, trees pruned, and safety measures for an estimated 1 million people over 3 days!! We thought Friday would be relatively quiet compared to the weekend.  Good luck to those going then!!!!
