Coffee shop heaven!!!!

I may have visited one the BEST coffee shop EVER ....

.... now to move it to Dundee and make it mine!!!!!!!

I would add a wood burning stove, some boardgames, some funky wines & beers and an evening menu offering and we may just hit perfection!!
